AI Design Ownership Clause
Certain visual designs, graphics, and creative assets used in products offered by The Vibe Canvas may be created or assisted through the use of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) design tools, digital creative software, and proprietary design workflows.
All AI-assisted designs published, displayed, or sold by The Vibe Canvas are generated, curated, selected, and finalized through the brand’s internal creative process. The creative direction, selection, refinement, and commercial use of such designs are exclusively controlled by The Vibe Canvas.
Accordingly, all commercial rights, usage rights, and distribution rights associated with these designs are owned or exclusively licensed by The Vibe Canvas to the fullest extent permitted under applicable intellectual property laws.
The use of AI-assisted tools in the design process does not grant any ownership, reproduction rights, or derivative rights to customers, website visitors, or third parties.
No individual or entity may:
- Copy or reproduce AI-assisted designs used by The Vibe Canvas
- Extract artwork or design elements from products or website content
- Recreate similar merchandise using these designs
- Use the designs for commercial or resale purposes
- Train AI models using designs belonging to The Vibe Canvas
Ownership of a purchased product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or artwork.
All designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Vibe Canvas, regardless of whether the design was created manually, digitally, or through AI-assisted creative processes.
Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of such designs may constitute intellectual property infringement and may result in enforcement actions under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
